Crawford County Middle School

CCMS: All middle school wrestlers need to stay after school Wednesday for the wrestling banquet. Pick up will be at 4:30.

CCMS: We hope everyone enjoyed break! Tomorrow is an eLearning day. Teachers provided instructions before we left for break. There will be no virtual class meetings, but teachers will be available via email for any student questions. Students will return to school on Wednesday. School will also be in session on Good Friday as a snow make up day.

CCMS: Yearbook order forms are due today. Please call the office if you still need to order. We will place the order at the end of the school day today.

CCMS: The dance will conclude at 5:00 PM. Please note that a large number of students are in attendance and the parking lot will be congested. . We ask that you park in front of CCMS or in the designated parking areas between the school and the football field. To ensure smooth traffic flow, please avoid blocking the driving lanes in the parking lot.
Your student will locate you in the parking lot after the event. Thank you for your cooperation.

CCMS: Due to the weather forecast, we made the decision to cancel today’s field trip. Students who qualified for the trip are still getting to enjoy a fun day together in the gym.

CCMS: We have team and group pictures tomorrow morning! Cheerleaders, be sure to wear your team shirts. Everyone else should wear your Wolfpack orange and brown. Thank you, and have a fantastic evening!

CCMS: The laundry detergent fundraiser items will be ready for pick-up @ 1:00. Please come to the front of the school and we will help you load your items. Also, please avoid the times from 2:50.-3:10 due to the students exiting the building. We will be available until 6:00 this evening. Thank you for supporting our students and school.

CCMS: Good morning! The Josten's online order for the 8th grade students is due on Sunday and the paper orders are due to the office on Monday.

CCMS Families: The laundry detergent fundraiser has been extended through February 9th.

Students must sell at least one item in order to qualify for the University of Louisville baseball field trip in March.

All proceeds from the fundraiser will go directly back to students to help purchase ILEARN snacks and rewards.

CCMS: Tomorrow is Picture Retake Day. Additionally, our school will be participating in a fundraising competition alongside neighboring schools. Students and community members are encouraged to donate new socks, hats, or gloves for the Bryce Gerlach Fundraiser. A representative from Bryce's family will ensure that these items are distributed to families in need. Furthermore, the school that collects the most items will receive a donation for physical education equipment. Thank you for your support!

CCMS: This is the final week of the grading period. Parent-teacher conferences are scheduled for October 2nd from 4:00 PM to 7:45 PM and on October 3rd from 8:00 AM to 11:15 AM. Teachers have been reaching out to the families they need to meet with; however, you may also contact the office at 812-365-2116 if you would like to schedule a conference.
Please note that Fall Break will take place the following week, and students will return to school on October 13th. Thank you.

CCMS: Good morning! There has been some confusion on the shuttle routes from the elementary to the middle school. This has not changed from previous years and transportation will be available from the elementary to the middle school.

CCMS: Open House/Title 1 Annual Parent Meeting is July 30th. The 7th & 8th grade session is from 5:15 - 6:00 and the 6th grade session is from 6:00 - 6:45. You may attend either session if you have a conflict or have multiple students.

Good afternoon! You can register your child online through your Family Harmony account. You are also welcome to visit the school on July 24th from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM to complete the registration in person. If you have any questions or need to schedule an appointment due to a conflict with the date and time, please contact the office. Thank you.

CCMS: Next week will be a busy one with various field trips and our upcoming awards ceremony. Please note that the awards ceremony has been rescheduled to Friday, May 23rd. CCMS Families: Dr. Thill will be here on May 15th and 20th to give FREE sports physicals for any incoming 6-12th grader wanting to participate in a sport next year. These are good for one calendar year. All 6-12 students wanting to play a sport must have a physical on file to participate.
