CCMS: Parents/Guardians please make sure your child is aware of afternoon arrangements (practice, clubs, BGC, car-rider...etc) before they leave for school in the mornings. We have had an influx of students wanting to call home in the afternoons to make afternoon arrangements.

Our Band and Music fundraising materials are expected to be delivered on 4/22/25. These materials will be sent home with the students on this day. CCMS :
We would like to remind students and families that yearbook order forms were due prior to spring break. However, we have received a limited number of orders. To accommodate those who have not yet ordered, we will be accepting orders until 9:00 AM tomorrow morning.
The cost of the yearbook is $20, and payment is required at the time of ordering. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
7th & 8th grade parents,
We are in need of a few more boys to play Jr. High baseball this spring. It is not too late to play. Those interested can stay for practice on Monday, March 31 from 5:00 - 6:30. Please contact the athletic department @ 812-365-2116 if you have any questions.
CCMS: The laundry detergent fundraiser items are ready for pick-up. Please come to the front of the school and we will help you load your items. Also, please avoid the times from 2:50.-3:05 due to the students exiting the building. We will be available until 6:00 this evening. Thank you for supporting our students and school.

CCMS: Our school has partnered with Smile Programs...the mobile dentists to offer in-school dental care.
The in-school dental program provides dental care from licensed professionals. The care includes a dental exam, x-rays, cleaning, fluoride and sealants when necessary, and in some cases, restorative care such as fillings.
All insurance is accepted including Medicaid and CHIP. For those without insurance, a low-cost self-pay option is available. Even better, dental care is usually at no cost to you.
The clinic will take place at the Middle/High School on Thursday, April 3. Consent forms have gone out and need to be returned by Friday, March 14. There is also an online option to register for the program.

CCMS:We look forward to seeing all the students back in person tomorrow. Synchronous learning went really well but it cannot replace in person instruction. Please remind your student to bring in the laundry detergent forms and money to school tomorrow.
CCMS: We will have staff at the school from 2:30-4:00 for anyone who can get there to pick up a device. Pick up is not required and students are welcome to use personal devices if they have the capability. Cell phones will also work for Google meets. You will receive additional information if/when an announcement is made about school for tomorrow.
